Where is Mundubbera?

Mundubbera is located in the North Burnett Region of Queensland, 363 kilometers northwest of Brisbane and 190 kilometers west of Bundaberg. Known for its large citrus production, Mundubbera is also home to the largest covered blueberry farm in the Southern Hemisphere. Where can I stay in Mundubbera?

You can purchase camping tickets along with your Jam Sesh tickets, which will give you a camping space at the Mundubbera Show Grounds, right where all the action is. Camping tickets include RV’s, Camper Trailers, Tents or Swags, whatever your sleeping choice is, we find a spot for you. Camping tickets are limited so get in quick!

Which of the events are free or ticketed?

Locavore4626 and the Blueberry Jam Sesh are ticketed events, while the Berry Big Day Out Artisan Markets are completely free.

Can I bring my dog to any festival events?

Dogs are welcome at the Berry Big Day Out market day. However, Locavore4626 and the Blueberry Jam Sesh cannot accommodate dogs, except for guide dogs. If you are camping with your furry friends, then you must keep your pet contained at your camping spot during the concert.

Can I bring my kids to any festival events?

Absolutely! The Berry Big Day Out is a family-friendly event with entertainment that kids will love. Locavore4626 is primarily for adults, but babies under 2 years old can attend for free with their parents. The Blueberry Jam Sesh is an all-ages event with both adult and children ticket prices available.

Are babies free admission to Locavore4626 and the Blueberry Jam Sesh?

Yes, babies under 2 years old are admitted free to Locavore4626, and children under 5 years old are admitted free to the Blueberry Jam Sesh.

Can I bring my own chairs and blankets to the Blueberry Jam Sesh?

Yes, please do! Some seating is provided at the Blueberry Jam Sesh but not enough for everyone, so you are encouraged to bring portable chairs and/or picnic blankets. Please avoid setting up directly in front of the stage. We recommend low-profile chairs that are easily portable and do not cause obstructions. Festival staff may ask you to move chairs if necessary.

Can I BYO drinks and eskies into the Blueberry Jam Sesh?

No, the Blueberry Jam Sesh is a fully catered and licensed event. No outside food or drinks are allowed. A variety of food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, will be available for purchase. Color-coded wristbands will be issued upon entry to identify patrons over 18 years old. Bar staff may ask for ID to confirm age when purchasing alcoholic drinks.

Is there designated seating at Locavore4626 and the Blueberry Jam Sesh?

There is no designated seating at either event. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs to the Blueberry Jam Sesh for comfort, but we guarantee you’ll be up and dancing in no time!

Can I bring my own water bottle into the events? Are there water refill stations?

You are welcome to bring your own water bottles, as water refill stations are not available at the events. Additional water can be purchased throughout the venue.

Are there pensioner or concession tickets available?

No, there are no pensioner or concession tickets available.

Will there be EFTPOS available?

Individual stallholders may offer EFTPOS at their discretion. EFTPOS will be available at all official Mundubbera Blueberry Festival sites, including ticketing, merchandise, and bar areas. Several ATMs are also located in the business center, a short walk from the market and music venues.

Where can I park?

There will be designated parking areas available for festival attendees. Please follow the signs and directions from our parking attendants to ensure a smooth and safe parking experience.
